| When this litter was barely four weeks old, my grandmother died. We were very close, and this was a difficult time for me. I named one of the puppies, Anna, after my grandmother, and her new owners were kind enough to keep this call name for her in memory of my loss. Anna was a beautiful bitch, and I’m sorry I don’t have even one photo of her for this page. She was a wonderful personal hunting dog, and her owners enjoyed training and competing in obedience to earn her Companion Dog title with high scores. Additionally, Anna easily finished her show championship and was owner/handled. |
