Lizzie was my first puppy who was flown out of state to her new home in Massachusetts. Through the years, I’ve always tried to keep up with the lives of my dogs, and Lizzie’s new owner frequently updated me on how she was doing.
She competed in her first Field Trial and earned a 4th place ribbon from the Open Puppy stake. She also finished her show championship with ease and was an adored member of her family. Tragically, Lizzie was killed by a car at the tender age of three. What she would have been able to accomplish will never be known.
